Male and Female leaders

In my Personal opinion i think that male and female Leaders can Be Bothe As efective in Times of Peace and of war. Just because some People think men that Men are stronger that does Not mean that they are also Strong mentaly. I am Not saying that Men are stupid but that in Most cases that involve thinking it seams to me that Girls are a Bit more advanced mentaly. But that does Not mean that a male ruler is Bad but that Men are a Bit more atached to war than Girls .
